1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Bridge prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and content that sexualizes or facilitates the exploitation of children. This prohibition applies to real, illustrated, synthetic and AI-generated content.
2. Adults only
Bridge is intended for adults aged 18 and over. New users must pass the Bridge age gate, and the server rejects registration and user-generated-content actions for accounts that do not meet the 18+ requirement. The age gate is an access control, not a guarantee that a user cannot misrepresent their age.
3. Report content or a user
- Use the in-app Report action on a post or comment, or Report user from a user's post.
- For child-safety concerns, choose Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) where applicable and include useful details. Do not download, forward or redistribute suspected CSAM.
- Email the designated child-safety contact, Rajiya Begam, at atlasthoughthelp@gmail.com.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Child-safety reports are treated as high-priority reports. Still images are checked by OpenAI's image moderation, and animated GIFs are checked by Sightengine before publication. These automated checks can miss prohibited content; OpenAI's image check does not determine whether a person depicted is a minor and is not a dedicated CSAM detector. Video uploads are disabled and rejected server-side. Reports are reviewed by authorized human moderators, and content or accounts found to violate these standards may be removed, restricted or permanently banned.
5. CSAM escalation and legal compliance
When we obtain actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM, authorized staff will promptly restrict or remove the material and account as appropriate, preserve necessary information, and follow the applicable reporting process. Where required by law, we will report through NCMEC's CyberTipline or to the relevant regional authority and cooperate with lawful law-enforcement requests. We do not treat an automated classifier result as a legal determination of CSAM.
6. Automated moderation is not the final decision
Automated systems are safety signals and can make mistakes. A classifier result, such as a possible minor or sexual-content signal, is not by itself a legal determination of CSAM. Reports and high-risk safety signals can be escalated for human review and enforcement.
7. Blocking and user safety
Users can block other users to reduce unwanted interaction and visibility. Bridge also provides reporting tools for posts, comments and user accounts so safety concerns can reach moderation.
8. Child-safety contact
Bridge's named Child Safety Point of Contact is Rajiya Begam. Contact her about child-safety concerns at atlasthoughthelp@gmail.com. Potential child exploitation can also be reported directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
9. Standards
These standards are part of Bridge's safety rules and are intended to align with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and applicable child-protection laws. They are reviewed when the app's features, moderation systems or legal obligations change.
